User Can Delete Account And Remove Data
We give each user the right to manage their account and data at Astrogini App and Website. If a user want to remove their account and data from Astrogini App, they can follow the below steps :
- Login to Astrogini App.
- Open the Profile Section.
- Under Profile Section, we have given the option to delete the account.
Notes :
- Once you delete the account, all your data will be removed from Astrogini App.
- And you won’t be able to access the services at Astrogini.
- If you wish to use the Astrogini App again in future and access it’s services, you will have to do a fresh registration.

Manual Deletion
If you are unable to delete your account or face any type of technical issue, connect with our dedicated support team for any kind of support, query and customer help.
Deletion Time :
If you are deleting your account from Astrogini App, your account will be deleted instantly. But, if you ask our support staff or our technical team for account deletion, it may take upto 3-working days (T&C applied). Because we verify your account and your identity and check for any type of policy violation.
